Dear Mr. Goller:
In accordance with Mr. Skovholt's letter of October 1,1973, concerning periodic inspection of hydraulic shock absorbers (snubbers), an inspection of all ca.ubberc, both incidc cnd cutcidc of centcinment, viss conducted on May 23,1974 by station maintenance personnel.
Fluid was added to six of the Bergen-Paterson snubbers outside the containment. Three of these exhibited minor leakage of fluid, and will be repaired or replaced at the first hot shutdown of at least 48 hours5.555556e-4 days <br />0.0133 hours <br />7.936508e-5 weeks <br />1.8264e-5 months <br />. All snubbers were considered operable at this inspection.
