Inspection of Hydraulic Shock Absorbers (Snubbers)
R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No.1 Docket No. 50-244
Dear Mr. Goller:
The hydraulic snu'ober units located outside the containment were inspected on December 6,1974, and the units located inside the contain-ment were inspected on December 10, 1974, when a containment entry was made. All units were determined to be operable.
A small quantity of hydraulic fluid was added to the reservoirs of four Bergen-Paterson units outside the containment. These units presently have ethylene propolene seals.
Two more Grinnell units were added to the east condenser steam dump line during the inspection period.
