Comtsletion of our SER by May 9,1983 is dependent on receiving all the neces sary inf ormation f #ws the licen,ee hy t'ie April 5,19P5 meeting.
Note that five consultants need to tave time to ' provide final TER's after tha l icensee submi ts the ' nf or'nat ior.'.
It the licensee does not provide 441 the necessary information by Apr il 5. b83, DOE is prept. red to support an interim SER which will alinw non-nuclear system heat up.
We would then ODeplete the final s[R in an expeditious manner consist (nt with ceceipt of the infor-nation from the licensee.
Work yet to be completea prior to non-nucleir heatup includes:
piuqqing and stabilization 2 weeks tube clearing (felt plugs)
I weet dr.p test and bubble test 1.5 weeks
