Subjects Oyster C*.eek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Administrative Correction to License Amendment 152 This letter is being written to correct an administrative error contained in Oyster Creek Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, Amendmer.t 152.
Amendment 152 was issued by the USNRC on June 5, 1991 in response to GPUN Technical Specification change Request (TSCR) No. 195 which was submitted on November 19, 1990.
The correction is on page 3.1-4. Subsequent to the submittal of TSCR 195, Amendment 149 was approved by the USNRC, which revised the bases for Section 3.1 of the Technical Specifications and changed the setpoint for the Low Condenser Vacuum Scram from 23 inches to 20 inches. The corrected page 3.1-4 containing both Amendment 149 and Jeendment 152 is attached.
As this correction is contained in the bases for the Technical Specifications, and solely corrects an administrative error caused by two simultaneous requests for change on the same page, no significant hazard determination to required.
