NY, 13757 General Comment Entergy's gross negligence in running Indian Point and endangering millions should not be rewarded by allowing an even more incompetent entity to manage the decommissioning. Holtec's lack of experience and shoddy track record are plain to see.
Further, the corporate responsibility to decommission must be borne by the entity in charge Entergy, NOT the taxpayer. To even suggest that the citizens of New York State pay the bill is a travesty that must not occur.
