The Appeal Board is staying its consideration of this matter until the Commission acts on Joint P

1 Intervenors' request.
Any Appeal Board considera-tion of the Licensing Board's denial of full power contentions must take place as soon as possible in order to minimize delays in the full power proceeding.
Accordingly, it is desirable that this matter be taken up at the Thursday affirmation session. 2_/
