Discussion:
On September 16, 1981, Governor Brown filed a motion requesting that the Commission grant Charles Lee Eisen, an attorney, and Diana Kraemer, a secretary, access to the PG&E security plan and related documents, pleadings and decisions.
Both are employed by the law firm of Hill, Christopher and Phillips and.have executed the appropriate affidavits of nondisclosure.
PG&E's counsel has informed OGC that PG&E will not file a response to the motion.
Governor Brown points out that one of the secretaries who was authorized to 8201110099 930412 have access to the s urity plan has PDR FOIA GILINSK92-436 PDR
