WEST BRANCH CONSERVATION ASSOCIATIONS RESPONSE TO INTERROGATORIES. LIST OF WITNESSES AND EXHIBITS A-D The following is incomplete due to the f act that some agencies' Boards of Directors have not yet met in May.
Essentially our contentions are such that we will rely on NUREG-0654 and the Rockland County Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) which we presu=e all parties who need it have. We cannot supply it to those who may wish it and refer them to the State Of New York representative or the Licensees.
We are extremely hampered by the f act that we have to date not received a single reply to our inter-rogatories.

All contentions
- In order to support all of our contentions in regard to the population within the 10 mile EPZ we have arranged with Rockland County for the good services of one of its witnesses, Mr. Georce O' Lear, Associate Planner employed by the Rockland County Planning Board since 1964.
Mr. O' Lear will offer computations still in pro-gress from the census tracts, maps and lists, see Exhibits B and C attached.
The estimate of Spanish speaking people is 6000 comprising approximately 1,950 families, see Exhibit D attached.
Resumes and addresses It should be apparent from descriptions above that )
many of the witnesses can be reached at their places of business. We hope that they will not be subjected to any harrassments such as the intervenors have by the licensees. Therefore we object to providing their home addresses.
