This was not our assertion. We don't believe that ORU has a licence to print money.

Reolv to #6 That's not our contention.' Power is dispatched by the NYPP. If there were no power from Indian Point ORU could sell more to the pool.

Reolv to #7 There are times when ORU has more than 300 mW excess.

We referred to selling energy, not' peak demand.

a. 5% of ORU as we have been told.
b. Prattsville and Arthur Kill are not on line and may never be.
c. If new plants are built to answer energy needs they will not affect it. See NYPP 1982, Vol. 1 which predicts a declining percent of excess capa-city.
