We acknowledge that as stated in your most recent submittal you have com-pleted your evaluation in accordance with section III.0 of Appendix R to 10 CFR Part 50 and that the results are contained in enclosure 1 to your January 29, 1982 letter. Your response is under review by the NRC staff.

We also Jcknowledge the modifications to your previous exemption request of certain schedular requirements of sections III.G and III.0 of Appendix R to 10 CFR Part 50 and modifications to the expected completion dates for SER items 3.1.9, 3.1.1.2, 3.1.31 and 3.2.2.

These requests are under review.

Our evaluation of your requests will be forthcoming.
