The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 46 to Facility Operating
!.icense No. DPR-66 for the Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No.1. The amendment consists of changes to the Appendices A and B Technical Sp;cifications is respense to your application transmitted by letters dated April 10, June 30,

August 13, September 17,and December 2?,1981.
The amendment revises the Appendix A and Appendix B Technical Specifications to reflect the establishment of a ?!uclear Division within Duquesne Light Company.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and Environmental Impact Appraisal and the flotice of Issuance and ?!egative Declaration are also enclosed.
