Enclosed are three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of proposed i Revision 4 to Change Request 62 of the Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 l Technical Specifications, Appendix A. This proposal requests that Change Request l No. 62, as previously submitted and pending review be modified as follows: The j title Training Supervisor on page 6-5 has been changed to Director, Nuclear l Division Training. Section 6.8.2 of page 6-12 has been changed such that in f the event the Plant Superintendent is unavailable, he will predesignate in writing an alternate or the Department Manager who will have the responsibility f for the review and approval of specific subjects considered by the Onsite l Safety Committee. Figure 6.2-1 was revised to show that the Fire and Safety l Engineer reports to the Director, Personnel Administration who now reports to l the Vice President, Nuclear Division, and the Director, Budget, Planning and Scheduling reports to the Manager, Nuclear Support Services. Figure 6.2-2 was revised to show that the Technical Advisory Engineer reports to the Chief Engineer. Safe ty Evaluation The purpose of this proposed revision is to reflect actual titles of staf f personnel and setforth the revised reporting positions of the organization charts. The predesignation in writing by the Station Superintendent, assigning to an alternate or Department Manager the responsibility for review and approval of specific subjects considered by the OSC is an NRC request to clarify and document the responsibility assigned. The OSC and ORC have reviewed this proposed revision to the Technical Specifications and have determined that there are no unreviewed safety implications associated with this change and that this revision does not constitute an unreviewed safety question, feo / S K O 000 4 PDR
