Enclosed are three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of proposed Revision 3 to Change Request 62 of the Beaver Velley Power Station Technical Specification Appendix A. This proposal requests that Change Request No. 62 as previously submitted and penuing review be modified as follows: Figure 6.2.1 has been updated to reflect the actual titles used for personnel reporting tc the Manager, Nuclear Support Services and to shov that the Radiation Technicims report to the Radiological Operations Coordinator. Section 6.3 has been expanded to include the Radiation protection Staff under the minimum qualifications of ANS1 N18.1-1971, the Radiation Centrol Supervisor title was changed to Radio-logical Operations Coordinator. Cection 6.5 expands the OSC membership to add the Study Projects Coordinator to the Senior Testing Coordinator position; the second note at the bottom of page 6-5 was added to state the minimum qualifications that OSC members shall meet; Section 6.8.2 has been changed to include the responsible Department Manager with the Plant Superintendent as to who can approve procedures.

Safety Evaluation The purpose of this proposed revision is to update Figure 6.2-1 and set forth the minimum qualifications for members of the OSC, and to reflect actual titles of staff pers.anel.

The OSC and ORC have reviewed this proposed revision to the Technical Specifications and have determined that there are no unreviewed safety implications associated with this change and that this revision does not constitute an unreviewed safety question.
