OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT OF AN NRC RESIDENT CLERICAL AIDE AS A PART-TIME SECRETARY FOR THE STATE INSPECTOR AT MAINE YANKEE r
The purpose of this memorandum is to obtain EDO approval for Ms. Faulkingham.
the NRC Maine Yankee Resident Clerical Aide, to' continue outside employment as the part-time secretary for the State Inspector at Maine Yankee.
i obtained prior verbal approval for part-time employment with the state frce herMs. Faul immediate supervisor (who consulted with his section chief and branch chief).,
I have reviewed her request, the comments of her NRC supervisor, and the State of Maine (see Enclosures 1-3) and conclude that current state duties and her duties and responsibilities to the NRC as discussed inresponsi 0.735-40.
