Extension of April.1, 1990 deadline to resolve potential conflict of interest.
I recently made a Freedom.of Information Act (FOIA). request', as advised by Leonard Carsley,. Region I Personnel Officer., asking'the basis for.the potential conflict of-interest regarding my-employment.
Although I have received a response to the FOIA request..the
. interpretation of 10 CFR Part O which results in considering my l
outside employment with the State of Maine a potential conflict of:
l interest has yet to be adequately provided.
Therefore, I am requesting a 60 day extension of the April ist deadline to enable me to pursue this matter further.
