OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT WITH STATE INSPECTOR AT-MAINE YANKEE This memorandum is written in response to your letters dated. March 2, and 6,1990, in which you requested a 60 day extension of the time limit given to you to_ resolve the -
potential conflict of interest that exists from your dual employment at the Maine' Yankee Resident Office and with the Maine State Inspector's office.
As co'mmunicated to you in my memorandum of November 2,1989, I advised you tha would consider an extension of the April 1,1990 deadline if extenuating circumstances warranted.. You have not provided me with any specific information that is sufficient to justify an extension, therefore I must deny your request. = You are reminded that you still l
have until April 1,1990 to resolve this issue. Should you not resolve this matter by April 1,1990, then Region I will propose your removal from Federal service.
