Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Cnange Request (TSCR) No. 180 Supplement No. 2 Removal of cycle Specific Parameter Limita The enclosure to this letter is Supplement 2 to TSCR No. 180. The license amendment application (TSCR No. 180) would modify OCNGS Technical Specifications to remove certain cyclo-specific parameter limits, in accordance with. guidance centained in NRC Generic Letter 88-16.

The enclosed Technical Specification pages i and 1.0-7 supersede the corresponding pages included in TSCR No. 180. The revisions contained therein are purely administrative in nature. Errors and omissions on a Table of Contents page are corrected and the Definitions reflect a change in pagination. New page 1.0-8 is added as a result.

This supplement to our license amendment request (TSCR No. 180) is in accordance with the guidance contained in Generic Letter 88-16 and has no effect on the safety evaluation justifying the proposed amendment or on the corresponding no significant hazards consideration conclusions.
