REQUEST FR0!! CONGRESS!!AN OTTINGER'S STAFF On April 27, 1982, !!s. Jeanine Hull of Congressran Ottinger's staff met si th ne in connection with her review of the Hayward Tyler Punp case. This neeting was coordinated thru the Office of Congressional Affairs (CA).
Ms. Hull asked if ry of fice had nade any recoarendations in connection with this natter and also asked if there were any dissenting opinions wi th regard to my recommendations.
