l IE Files his ie';al representatives, (2) a tour of engineering, manufacturing and test facilities at HTPC and (3) discussions with HTPC engineering and manufacturing persennel associated with design, manufacturing, and documentation for pump casing wear rings under Contract 8106 and DWG-01-200-422 and welding of aluminum-bronze pump seismic supports for the purposes of changing by 1/2" to 1" the l' cation of holes in the base plate of the icwer seismic support.

o Examinations in this area were not completed during the May 5-7, 1982 inspection and would be continued during the next inspection, currently scheduled for May 18-20, 1982.

Details of this inspection will be included in the investigation reporting on these allegations.
