Register (47 FR 2876) a proposed rule, "K 50.49, Environmental Qualification of Electric Equipment for Nuclear Power Plants." Subsequent to this date you provided comments and/or recommendations concerning the proposed rule.

Fraley, Executive Director, Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) dated April 16, 1982 including (1) Final Rule, Section 50.49 to 10 CFR Part 50, and (2) Analyses of Public Comments.

Open meetings are scheduled to be held on May 5, 1982 by the ACRS Subcommittee on " Qualification Program for Safety-Related Equipment," and by the full ACRS on May 7, 1982.

The meetings will be noticed in the Federal Register.
