(2) Analyses of Public Comments, dated April 15, 1987.
(Enclosure 2)
A subsequent version of the Final Rule was also discussed at the Commission meeting on June 1,1982. SECY-82-207 (Enclosure 3).'
Based on the Comission meeting, the staff has submitted a revised Commission Paper, SECY-82-207A, dated June 9,1982 (not yet released to the public). Upon approval of the Comission, the Final Rule will be published in the Federal Register.
