This letter is to acknowledge receipt of and provide our evaluation of your January 5 and February 1, 1983, changes to your Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures. These changes have been identified as. Revision Letters EFM-14 and EP-15 respectively. Our review of these two submittals indicated that your emergency plan implementing procedure changes do not appear to decrease the effectivent.ss of your emergency response planning.
Please be reminded that 10 CFR 50.54(q) requires NRC approval of any changes to your emergency plan that decrease the effectiveness of the plan prior to implementing such changes.
