REFERENCES:
(a) Janes A. FITZGERALD, Acting Director, OI, memo to all Acting Field Directors captioned FREEDOM 0F INFORMATION/ PRIVACY ACT REQUESTS dated August 26, 1982 (b) Memo of John C. CARR, Chief, Freedom of Information
'. and Privacy Acts Granch to Roger FORTUNA et al.
captioned as above dated November 4, 1982 (c) Letter of Ellie M. C0HErl, Director, Orange County Alliance for Survival to Joseph M. FELTON, Director, Division of Rules and Records, dated October 27, 1982 It is to be noted the requestor denoted the period for which she wanted information concerning allegations made by Mr. E. Earl KENT regarding San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station was from October 1980_ to the present.
I believe that is a typographical error as KENT's allegations did not cone to the attention of Region V until approximately October 1982.
01:RVopeneditscase(5-82-021) on KENT's allegations on October 14, 1982 and closed our involvement on this matter on October 29, 1982. Our efforts were strictly as an assist to Region V's special inspection.
We assisted in three interviews and provided an investigator for the day KENT did an inspection at San Onofre.
Our investigative file contains 2S serials (documents of various types).
Copies of all documents in the file are enclosed. A listing of these documents in chronological order as they were placed in the file is cet out below:
