LB3 Reading ORB5 Reading This is in response to your letter of August 18, 1982, regarding changes to the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Physical Security Plan.
We agree that the changes, with the exception of the change on page 1-22 (Emergency Response Personnel), are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan. In order for us to complete our evaluation of the change on page 1-22, we request that you provide us with additional information concerning the
- , granting of access authorization for emergency response personnel during the initial period of an emergency.
Specifically, we request that you 7provide us with further details regarding the conditions and authorizations required for the granting of such access.
The enclosure to the above-referenced letter contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, 0MB clearance is not required under P.1.96-511.
