Dear Ms. Garde:
This is in response to your letter dated March 24, 1983, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of all documents connected with the processing of your F0IA request designated as F01A-82-618.
The documents listed on the Appendix to this letter are enclosed and are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room,1717 H Street, N.W.,

As provided in 10 CFR 9.11, any such appeal must be in writing, addressed to the Executive Director for Operations, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comnission, Washington, DC 20555, and should clearly state on the envelope and in the letter that it is an " Appeal from an Initial F0IA Decision".
