I believe that is a typographical error as KCNTV allegations did not come to the attention of Region V until approximately October 1982_.
01:RV opened its case (5-82-021) on KENT's allegations on October 14, 1982 and closed our involvement on this matter on October 29, 1982.
Our-efforts were strictly as,an assist to Region V's special inspection. We assisted in three interviews and provided an investigator for the day KENT did an inspection at San Onofre.
