Report for LER 50-321/1981-095.

On September 8,1981, while the plant was in steady state operation at 2435 K4t,1E51-N018, RCIC Steam Line Delta P Switch, was found to actuate at 179" H 0.

Tech Spec 3.2-3, Item 10, requires actuation at 5300% flow 2

The instrument will be replaced as soon as parts are available. An update report will be submitted.
