for LER 50-366/1981-001 On December 29, 1981 with tinit 11 in the refueling mode, a local leak i'

rate test (LLRT) was perfomed per procedure HNP-2-3952. Prinary Contain-

cent Periodic Type B and Type C Leakage Tests, on the drywell to torus 1

'l ' ' -* i' dif ferential pressure systea return to drywell isolation valve, 2T48-F209. On January 2,1981, the LLRT coordinator reviewed the LLRT data

~ l sheet in which the valve was found to be leaking at 1803 accm. Good engineering practice dictates that the valve be repaired to prevent W,

the.60 La overall allowable leakage limit of Tech Specs 3. 6.1.2. 8.1 froc being exceeded. This is a repetitive occurrence as last reported on Reportable Occurrence Report No. 50-365/1980-160. There were no effects on public health or safety due to this event.

The leakage of the drywell to torus differential pressure sy, tem return to drywell isolation valve, 2T48-r209, was due to scratches on the seat I

of the valve which were probably the result of the valve ; losing on debris.

The valve seat was polished to recove the scratches and the valve was successfully retested by LLRT procedure. HNP-2-3952. The retest valve leakage was 200 acce.
