Narrative

Report for LER 50-321/1981-059 During reactor start-up the drywell was 'oeing inerted to less than four percent 02 after the mode switch was placed in the run mode.

The drywell Delta P was established but two hours after the 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> had axpired.

- When the drywell was less than four percent 0, the valves were re-aligned 2

and the Delta P system was placed in service.

During this time an orderly shutdown was begun and the shutdown was terminated after the Delta P was established.

This is not a reoccurring problem and this problem is not applicable to Unit II.
