We have reviewed equipment function, equipment qualification, and environmental conditions for electrical equipment identified in our October 31, 1980 response to IE 79-018.

Based on this review and the information presented in your March 17th letter, we conclude Rancho Seco Nuclea.- Generating Station is safe to operate.
