' Paragraph 3.8.3.2.0 states that concrete for the containment internal i
structures will be tested (slump, air content, temperature) in accord-ance with ASME-ACI-359. This standard as modified by paragraph 7.3.b of Project Specification 2323-SS-9, " Concrete," requires that samples of fresh concrete be tested at intervals of fifty cubic yards deposited.
C.ontrary to the above:
During a concrete placement involving two containment interior structures j
on April 11, 1978, an initial test was performed but subsequent tests were not accomplished until two hundred-ninety (290) cubic yards-of concrete had been deposited.
