This refers to the postdocketing inspection conducted by Messrs.
Crossman, Stewart, and Warnick of this office on June 27-28, 1974,
'of your quality assurance program for design and procurement activities related to your application for a construction permit for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, and to the discussion of our findings held by the inspectors with members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative y
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of the inspection, certain deficient areas were disclosed. These areas are identified in Section VII of the sucmary i
of the enclosed report.

in Section II of the summary of the enclosed r. port.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the AEC's " Rules of Practice",
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the AEC's Public Document Room.
If this report contains any information that you believe to be proprietary, it is necessary that you submit a written
