EPRGENCY RESPCNSE PROCEDURES u-3.5 iPANSPCRTATICN CCORDD9ER This document provides a checklist procedure for the Transportation Coordinator of the 7twn of Kensington to be used in the event an energency is declared at eaahrook Station.
The Transportation CooItiinator is responsible for ensuring transportation is provided for special facilities, persons without autmobiles and persons with special needs.
This step-by-step procedure is written to guide the Transportation Coordinator.
In doubtful situations, cmnon sense should dictate appropriate actions.
Initial notification of a potential or actual emergency condition at the Seabrook Station will contain one of the Duargency Classification levels (ECL):
UNUSUAL EVERT, ALERT, SITE ARFA DG:RGENCY, or GENERAL DERGDCY.
The following procedure checklists for each ECL represent the minimum actions the Transportation Coordinator is required to fulfill.

Receive notification fmn the Police Officer On Duty or Ch Call via phone.

If activated, report to the Dnergency Operations Center. (EDC) l in the Fire Station and initiate Fonn 1200, Dnergency Ioy l
Sheet.
l3.
Review Table 3.5-1 and the Special Needs List.
l4.
If required, detennine with the Dnargency Management Director l
l and the Special Needs List the nost apvpriate means of l
contacting persons requiring notification (e.g., phone call, l
Telmanications Device for the DEAF ('IDD) or runner).
l5.
If notification by TDD is required, request support fmn the l
IFO local Liaison. Request call back on status of TDD l
notification.
l6.
Contact each school facility listed on the hnsington l
Transportation Requirements Wrksheet (see NHRERP Dnergency l
Phone List) and o
Notify then of the ALERT classification.
o Determine today's attendance and any special requirunants.
Enter into " Current Number" colunn on the worksheet.
7.
Support the Selecten as requested.
