.l SPsr'TAL ps'sm VENIr'im Bus Conversion Kit '1he Bus Conversicri Kit consists of a board and securing straps which, when placed on the top of school bus seat backs, can carry two persons in a horizontal position.

Special Needs Bus Bus with two imocauwl assigned to help people into the bus.

School buses carry up to five evacuation bed conversion kits (10 people).

This leaves four seats available for residents in wheelchairs or residents who simply cannot walk to a bus route.

If four beds are used, eight seats are available; three beds leaves 12 seats; two beds leaves 16 seats; and one bed leaves 20 seats.

Wheelchaie van If there is a small number of residents in wheelchairs (6 or less) and no need for S w ial Needs Buses, then a wheelchair t./

van should be requested.

Ambulance Only people requiring transport with life support ' systems (oxygen, IVs, respirators, dialysis nachine, etc. ) require an awhilance. An anhilance will transport two people.

'Ihis r+v'==qt provides a checklist svc lare for the RADE Officer of the

'Ibwn of Hamptm Falls to be used in the event an emergency is declared at Seabrook Station.

h RADE Officer is responsible for issuing radiological nonitoring equipment and dosimeters and maintaining emergency worker exposure rhde.

'Ihis step-by-step svc dare is written to guide the RADE Officer. In i

doubtful situatims, comon sense should dictate a u.vriate actions.

n Initial notification of a potential cr actual emergency canditim at eaahmok Statim will contain one of the Ersu.v scy Classification Invels (ECL):

UNUSUAL EVERP, ALERT, SITE ARFA DIERGENCY, or GENERAL EMERGDCY.

The following svcodore checklists for each ECL represent the mininum actions the RADE Officer is required to fulfill.
