Report to the Dnargency Operaticms Center (BOC) in the Fire l

Station and initiate Form 1200, anargency Iog Sheet.

Request the Dnargency Management Dixector obtain an current event status fran !@0EN.

If the Dnargency Management Director is unavailable to obtain the status, informaticn should oczna from NHOEM by telephone over the Dnargency l

Management Radio located at the Kensington IOC (use Fbzm l

300E, local Liaiacn/Camunications Status Fom for status l
