Call via phone.

Report to the EOC in the Fire Station and initiate Fom 1200, l
Dnargency Iog Sheet.

Provide a telephone operator and clerical assistance, and l
check supplies of IDC foms.

Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing messages and l
significant events using Fom 120G, Message Controller's i

Transcribe infomation on the status boards to a permanent l
log for future reference as required.

Assist the Selectman and Fire Chief in the administrative operation of the EOC.
7.
If requLred to leave the EDC, appoint the next available i
perscri in the line of succession to staff the EOC.
Notify the Seleconan of this change.
l8.
Following the amargency, collect all checklists and masages.
l Deliver a copy then to the Bergency Managment Director.
