'Ihis rb'=mt prwides a checklist gvc dare for the Selectnen of the Town of Kensington to be - used in the event an emargency is declared at Seabrook Station.
'Ihe Selectman are responsible for overall commt and control of Kensington's amangency response organization.
They implement protective actions recmmanded by the State and activate the Public Alert and Notification System (PANS) when directed by New Hanpshire Office of Bnargency Maragement (N101!M).
'Ihis. stel>by-step guc dare is written to guide the selectnen.
In doubtful situations, coman sense should dictate am y iate actions.
Initial notification of a potential or actual amargency ccmdition at Seabrook Station will contain one of the Snargency Classification Isvels (ECL):-
UNUStRL EVENT, ALERT, SITE ARFA !!MERGICICY, or GENERAL IMERGEtL7.
