10. Keep ' up-to-date with public infonnation releases on radio i

station WOKQ (97.5 MHz FM). Miltional stations also in the l

Section 1.6 and the Public Information Calendar.

Keep the School Principal and School Superintendent (SAU 16) inforrad of Kensington's status.

l l11. Refer all media requests to the Joint 'Iblephone Information l

Center (JTIC) at located at the IFO except for requests i

l directly concerning the town.

Answer questions concerning l

Kensington's status in a manner consistant with official releases from the Dnargency Broadcast System (EBS) and the Media Centar and Protective Action Roccanendations fran the I

Inform the people of Kensington l

the additional radio stations for further information as it l

12. Ensure that the public is adequately infonned of events relative to Kensington.

briefing rocan in the Town Hall and coordinate these briefings I

with mom.

l13. With the En:u.pcy Managenent Director, periodically organize l

emergency staff meetings to review the activities and effectiveness of each service organization.

Staff meetings l

should be made up of the following people if available:

l Selectmen, Dnergency Management Director, Fire Chief, Police l

Chief, and Road Agent.
