On October 14, 1976 we filed Supplement No. 2 to our interim-report, " Reactor Building Dome Delamination - June 11, 1976."
,O This Supplement No. 2 provided you with our response to Struc-
!,j tural Engineering Branch (NRC) request for additional information transmitted to us on September 30, 1976.
Since October 14, 1976, we have reviewed this Supplement No. 2 and have located an assembly problem plus several typographical errors, which may cause some confusion among those reviewing the submittal.
In order to correct this problem, we are sub-mitting forty copies of a corrected version of Supplement No. 2 to our interim report.
Please insert this corrected Supplement into your copies of the report document in place of our October 14 version.
