Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 13, Rev. 1, requesting an amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. OPR-72.
As part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are enclosed.
This Change Request revises the Tendon Surveillance Program.
Florida Power Corporation considers Change Request No.13, Rev.1, to be a Class 111 Amendment per 10 CFR 170.22 as it involves a single safety issue.
No licensing fee is enclosed as this is a revisi on to a previously suomitted technical specification change request and a signed copy of Certificate of Service for Technical Specification Change Request No. 13, Rev. 1, to the Chief Executive of Citrus Country, Florida, is enclosed.
