Pursuant to the Order of the Licensing Board (Tr.

8599), Public Service Company of Oklahoma, Associated Elec-tric Cooperative, Inc. and Western Farmers Electric Coopera-tive (Applicants) hereby file their reply to findings of fact and conclusions of law of the Intervenors and the NRC Staff.

The Licensing Board recently granted the NRC Staff's request for a time extension to today for' filing their find-ings etc. on Board Questions 2-1, 2-2 and 2-3.

We understand the Staff is requesting a further extension of time.

Appli-cants respectfully reserve the opportunity to submit a reply to such findings within a very brief time after they are eventually filed.

On March 14, 1979, Applicants advised the Appeal Board, Licensing Board and the parties that the construction schedule and costs of the Black Fox Station would change, 7 90602 076 D 2259 016

The Applicants' review of this matter has been com-pleted, and the pertinent information will be provided to the Licensing Board and parties as soon as possible under separate cover.
