Burrell ("Intervenors") on February 1, 1982. Intervenors' I pleading was filed pursuant to the Atomic Safety and Licens-ing Board's ruling of December 17, 1981 (Tr. 231-232). Applicants have reviewed the reworded contention carefully. The contention satisfies the procedural require-ments for specificity and basis prescribed by 10 C.F.R.
