Three c' the four anchor bolts vere protrudin~. The base plate was re-e designee. and four 1" x 12" superkvik Hilte ane":r bolts were used.

SIS-33 is located on the piping frc= the contain=ent recirculation su=p to the safety injection and refueling water tank.
