SUBJECT:
WESTINGHOUSE PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 47 Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (W estingbouse) is submitting for NRC approval and an appropriate license amendment in accordance with 10CFR.70.34, the enclosed Physical Security Plan (PSP) revision for the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility. The PSP revision is contained in Enclosure 2. The changes within the document are ident1fied by marginal lines, with descriptions and. :rational for the changes provided in the revision record.
Westinghouse has evaluated the changes (as documented in Enclosure 1) and concluded that this revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the plan. This revision is administrative in nature and is related to safeguards matters.
