Dear Ms. Kauffman:
On January 9, 2019, 1 provided a copy of the "Remedia( Action Completion Report" (RACR) for the above-reference site. The RACR was prepared by Cabrerra Services, lnc. (Cabrerra). In an April 10, 2019 email to Cabrerra and related discussion, you requested several changes to that document to ensure that it does not contain any proprietary information, secure files, or secure zipfiles. Sorne other organizational changes were requested as well.
Cabrerra has revised the RACR to reflect your comments {in addition, the RACR has been corrected to indicate that Argyle Street was never owned by GE or UNC). The revised RACR is attached.
