Annual certifications, including updated Owner, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP) lists for the Licensees as well as their ultimate parent company, Dominion Energy, Inc., were most recently provided to the NRC on October 1°9, 2017 (Serial No.

17-001E). 1 . 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1) requires written notification within 30 days if certain 2

circumstances occur.

• 1 The Licensees provided additional information to the NRC on changes to the OODEP lists on January 30, 2018, March 28, 2018, April 24, 2018 July 31, 2018, September 18, 2018 and November 28, 2018 (Serial Nos.18-006, 18-006A, 18-0068, 18-0006C, 18-0060 and 18-006E respectively).
