The event is reportable to the NRC per 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(i)(B) as a condition prohibited by the Palisades Technical Specifications.
SUMMARY
OF COMMITMENTS This letter contains one new commitment and no revisions to existing commitments.
Prior to startup from the 1998 refueling outage, the Technical Specification Test Program wi 11 be revised and testing performed to verify that the 106D-1 /XL and 106D-2/XL relay contacts, which input to block actuation of the SIS-X relays, function as designed.
