CLOSURE OF INVESTIGATION (014-2016-026)

Dear Mr. Peters:

This refers to an investigation conducted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's)

Office of Investigations regarding activities at the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant. The Office of Investigations initiated the investigation to determine whether a former Securitas fire watch was subjected to discrimination for raising a safety concern .

Based on the evidence developed during the investigation , the allegation that a former Securitas fire watch was subjected to discrimination for raising a safety concern was not substantiated .

The NRC plans no further action related to the discrimination aspect of this allegation and considers this investigation closed .
