Units 1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-528/529/530 Inservice Inspection Program (ISI)

In the enclosure to the referenced letter, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) requested relief from the ASME Section XI Code requirement to perform a visual inspection of the reactor vessel supports (Relief Request Number 6). Since the time of the original request, it has been identified that the radiological conditions described in the relief request may be different than originally expected. APS requests to withdraw the ISI Relief Request Number 6 until it can be determined if actual radiological conditions or other factors would inhibit the performance of the inspection.

Enclosed please find revised pages 9-2 and 9-8 of the ISI Program Summary Manual for PVNGS Units 1, 2, and 3. The enclosed pages should be inserted as replacements to the corresponding pages in the Inservice Inspection Program Summary Manual that was submitted to the NRC with the referenced letter.
