NPFP1, NPF-51, NPF-74 Licensee Event Report 95-004-01 Attached please find Supplement 1 to Licensee Event Report (LER)95-004 prepared and submitted. pursuant to 10CFR50.73. This Supplement reports six electrical'penetration circuits identified after LER 95-004 Revision 0 was issued that were not being tested in accordance Technical Specification (TS) 4.8.4.1. The six affected circuits are designed with the required redundant containment electrical penetration overcurrent protection; however, the breakers credited to provide the redundant protection were not included in the surveillance program.
